Comments: My garage door wouldn't open for multiple reasons (both cables and the spring were broken). I called Zoom from work and they met me after I got home at 8:00pm. They opened the garage door so I could move my car out, showed me exactly what needed to be done, and gave me the option of having the work done that night (even though it could take until 11:00pm to complete) or the next day.The door was poorly installed 5 years ago and had been worked on before by another company. Jorge did a great job correcting the track alignment issues and replacing nearly every mechanical component of the system. This is a company with integrity and commitment to quality service.
