Comments: I would rate Kathy of Young Tile, a 10 in every aspect of our project! What began as a simple tile repair after fixture installation, became a much more challenging repair and through it all Kathy was patient, professional, precise and most creative. She was very careful to communicate clearly and often, which gave us options whenever possible and we always knew where we were with the project. She tracked down 20 year old tile and acted as our advocate with her suppliers. Kathy worked tirelessly, and made every effort to respect our home, (love on our dogs!) and keep the job site amazingly tidy (considering the materials & challenges). Truthfully, from start to finish, I have never worked with a contractor who took as much pride in her work, respected & executed her clients' wishes, knew more about the specialty and thus produced a masterful repair & improvements!
