We negotiated a price that he stood by and completed a couple additional tasks that I requested when he was here to Pull Up and Remove Rugs and Padding that have been down for 40-50 years. There were too many Staples and Tack Strips to enumerate, but they did an excellent, careful and non-damaging removal to our satisfaction.You would not go wrong using his service. They were kind, courteous and cleaned up the mess diligently and even took out additional Trash for me at a very minor extra cost.
I would definitely use his company again! Thanks for a great job. We appreciate it.

Comments: The booking & start of the appointment was a little rough, they were a few minutes late but when I texted to ask for details they responded immediately and let me know their ETA, and they arrived exactly when GPS predicted. Only complaint was with follow up on booking & letting me know that they were going to miss the appointment window ahead of time, but after seeing how hard they work it's hard to blame them! I love that they were able to coordinate with me 100% through text as my disability hates phone calls. They were kind, polite, and professional from start to finish. 4 years of build up of the dreaded trash pile is GONE! They worked miracles and were able to tetris the crap out of my crap. They had amazing attention to detail, swept up, and was even able to unlock and get rid of a bike that I completely believed I would need to saw off. They truly went above and beyond and I feel very well taken care of. My only regret is that I didn't have cash on me and was unable to give them a tip in person. 10/10 service!Philadelphia PA
