Comments: Hurricane came out and patched a 3’x3’ piece of carpet that we had a large paint spill on. He was in and out exceptionally quick and did a decent job at first glance. However, after letting it sit for a couple hours I took a closer look and realized that there were two seams that were pretty visible. I contacted him and he said he would come back to fix it within a week. It has now been 8 weeks with two missed appointments where I was forgotten and him saying his schedule is very busy and that this sort of thing doesn’t normally happen. Generally, I’m dissatisfied that issues weren’t addressed and for an outrageous third of the cost it would have been to just recarpet the entire room. I no longer expect him to come out and fix the seams seeing as how I’m leaving a negative review. At this point the only thing that would make me feel happy to leave a more positive review would be a full refund of the price paid for an unsatisfactory experience.

Comments: I noticed a strange circle of bucking in my carpet on Thursday evening. Mr. Johnson was at my house less than 24 hours later! He examined the carpet carefully and started right to work. He pulled the whole corner and re-stretched the carpet making sure that I was satisfied with the end result.
