Work Description: working on neighbor's house
Comments: Rude. I didn't know it, but these people are working on a neighbor's house and when I walked by looking for the source of noise in my house, one guy asked me what I needed. When I told him I was looking for the noise source, he told me I needed to move somewhere else and that noise shouldn't be a problem for anyone and was very rude. I wasn't even complaining, just answering his question. I think it is important for work crews to be sensitive to neighbors, or just anyone! Find someone else.Austin TX

Comments: Friday March 23 I called for a bid to extend my patio. Rick gave me an estimate and went to the house the same morning. He called back with the bid and the job was completed before I arrived home. The patio is level, the color is a perfect match. Rick came back to check on the crew several times.
