Work Description: Mini split install
Comments: At first all was good. HOWEVER, we started having issues with different heads throwing error codes. They can out & corrected a couple of times. The last time error code came up I attempted to contact someone for 6 months. The attempt was made thru facebook, phone calls(calling any number that I could find associated), voicemail and email. No one would contact me. I finally reached someone who is a partner with Jeremy in the business. He is starting the business in the Austin TX area. I explained that I needed someone to come out and see what the problem. He informed me that he didn’t work the East texas area any longer but he would let Jeremy know. To this day no one has contacted me. We purchased the 5 head system new January 2022. I didn’t expect free service however there should have been a warranty. I finally contacted another company to come fix our unit. The start of the problem was the way it was installed (lines unprotected from water & on the ground). Approximately $2200 later the new company took care of our problems.I would not recommend Windsanity to anyone!!!
