Work Description: Asked for estimate
Comments: The gentleman and I agreed that he would be at my house yesterday at 10:30am for an estimate. Unfortunately, he never showed. I called at 11:10am and got a weak excuse about him being busy. Sorry, but that's poor customer service. I went with another company.
