Work Description: roof replacement
Comments: I suggest to get everything in writing before they start because all that was promised is not done. They did a lot of damage to my driveway while throwing old roof tiles down (have photos) and damage to my brand new pavers (chips and brown color stains) because they did not cover my pavers, broke my planter and moved the top of the metal part on water heater and broke my water heater. Tried to tell me because my water heater was old when plumber clearly stated in his report their responsibility, as the cement/pavers people regarding the damage to driveway and pavers. Left things in 4 different colors and owner did not even come inspect final product, nor came back to put things back in my garage. VERY disappointed and am considering small claims to cover damages. They were very friendly and agreeable before the work got started, obviously fake. Don't recommend.Work Description: I had a couple of leaks in my roof. West American Roofing came out and repaired my roof.
Comments: West American Roofing was very professional and easy to deal with. They were punctual, friendly and did a very good job. I am extremely impressed with them.Santa Barbara CA

Work Description: New membrane roof with insulation.
Comments: Done quickly and professionally. Crews did not use cell phones, except when needed to call supuervisors. No loud music. Just worked hard. Have recommended to friends.
