Work Description: new lawn and sprinkler system

Comments: New lawn and sprinkler installed July 2024. Within weeks, lawn dead areas and 2 different kinds of grass. Salesman said they would fix. I have photos and text messages to verify all. Strung me along and kept coming up with excused. Then in Jan 25 said they would give outdoor lights to make up for bad grass. Never did. I contact a Lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rater F with the BBB.

Comments: When I asked where the user's manual for the digital controller was, they needed to dig it out of the garbage. I received nothing in writing (receipt, warranty, etc) from them when work was completed.

In writing and signed by you was left a contract by the technician the day you came in agreement for the work done. It may look like they took the manual from the garbage , but the manual was in the controller box, ( which we collect and leave it near to the car with the rest of materials that are to be thrown, since is our policy to clean after our work) For any reason feel free to contact us at any time, we are here to serve you .
