Work Description: To contain asian jasmine and transplant ornamental grasses

Comments: Lack of communication, tardy and gone during half of the job. Left to do the work were 2 men 1 of whom had no experience of lawn work in his life. Arriving 2.5 hours after agreed time of 8 am Walker and his older 2nd were drinking Coors Light.
A good part of the mondo was dug up to be tossed on the pile out for bulk pickup. I rescued a whole wheelbarrow from this.
Walker left for a lunch break and later dropped off the 2 crew and left to get some more edging at a close by Home Depot ( approx 15 minute drive if no traffic) and showed back up at dusk to put in a hurried half hour or so, packed up and left with the job unfinished following his wife who showed up to collect the 2nd half of the fee and delivering a reciept.
Walker claimed to have my cell number but never used it even after telling me he would call soon. There was lack of communication after the 1st $500 was promptly collected. The only contact I had was Mrs Walker who was only here twice to collect money and for the signing of a one sided contract which would impose fees upon the property owner but none on the contracter.
This was an expensive boonedoggle that left me unsatisfied and having to do a lot of work that I had paid to be done for me.
What I had hoped would be the beginning of a long term relationship with maintaining the yard in the future has left me to look elsewhere for someone to keep the property correctly.
I am going to have to pay someone else to do the work . I am not happy about most of the work done and very unhappy about the work that wasn't.
