Comments: I paid $40 thousand dollars to VIP Elite this past fall to do a roofing and siding job on my home... they have destroyed my home inside and out. The workers walked on my jacuzzi top and crushed it in, smashed and destroyed two of my shrubs and a rose bush, two major roof leaks to this day running water into my home, and ALL of the corners on the siding are bowing and twisted and one is working like a straw to siphon rain water directly into my Livingroom wall, and bucket after bucket of rain and snow water into my closet for months now. Two different colors of siding on my home, you can see daylight in one spot of the siding and in my closet ceiling, my wall in my Livingroom has paint damage and interior damage in my closet ceiling that will be molding before long from all of the non-stop water, I have exterior and interior damages to my home thanks to this company, they literally have destroyed my home. And time after time of phone call and texts and pleading to get it fixed has resulted in now they wont even answer my calls and texts. HORRIBLE Customer Service on top of Lousy work and work ethics. They worked on my home for nearly 3 months, stood around talking and texting on there phones, and barely stayed here for 3-4 hours at a time!! Stay away from this company at all costs ...it will cost you more than its worth!!York PA

Comments: We’re considering doing our roof through them too.Their representative/salesman was very knowledgeable. I’m just still waiting on a quote 4 days later, which is a little disappointing after he said he’d have it to us on Monday and it’s now Wednesday.
