Work Description: exterior painting
Comments: My evaluation is based on my expectations and no written contract, which was the problem. I needed exterior porch floors sanded, patched and painted which is what I conveyed to Viera via email and text including photos. Their quote was reasonable based on my assumption that Viera would provide the paint and required materials and that the work would require one visit to prep the areas, after allowing caulk to set, a second visit would put down first paint coat and a third visit would put down a second coat of paint which most all exterior, horizontal surface, high traffic paints recommend. Viera's quote just included a price with no details so i should have asked but didn't Viera showed up when scheduled, scraped, caulked and put down one thick paint coat all in one visit and approx 5 hours. This was not at all what I expected based upon experience but i had no contract to detail what i was getting. My fault. Dealing with Viera, or any contractor, make sure you get in writing what you think you are paying for.

Comments: We purchased all the materials and Ricky (owner) and one other guy installed it. They left us with an unusable bathroom and we were forced to rip the entire thing out and start from scratch again. Do not use these people!!!-
