Comments: I TYPICALLY DO NOT DO REVIEWS BUT WAS COMPELLED TO DO SO SINCE VICTOR LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE/FOLLOW UP. VICTOR WAS FOUND THROUGH SEARCH ENGINE FOR SQUIRREL/S RUNNING ACROSS GUTTERS (ROW HOME/S) THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOVLED. UPON CONTACTING NETWORX WAS "NOT REGISTERED" FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN LANDSCAPING!!! BUT, HE SAYS "I CAN DO THAT" REGARDLESS OF THE JOB. "ROOFING"," KITCHEN/S",AND PROBABLY MORE!!!! VICTOR SEEMS NOT TO STAND BEHIND HAS WORK!!! SO I'M CHOOSING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, BBB AND STATE REPRESENTATIVE. Comments: Though I was happy the tree was removed, I was not pleased with the way it was handled. After the main branches of the tree was cut from the top down, a little at time, there was a large trunk left to be cut. Instead of the crew cutting the trunk a little piece at a time and lowering it to the ground, they cut it the trunk from the bottom and let the large trunk fall straight to the ground, hitting it with such force that it caused some cracking in the cement of the yard. Worse yet, they threw all the debris from the tree in the alley behind the yard. I thought the crew had brought bags to put the debri in, as when I looked out the window to see what progress they'd made, I noticed most of the debri gone, but I didn't see any bags. So, I went into the yard to see where they's put the debris. They were tossing all the branches, tree bark and debris into the alley behind the house. I said, "whoa! what are you doing? Don't throw the debri into the alley, it'll embed into the ground and grow up like weeds and into trees." At this point, the guy I was talking to proceeded to continue to toss debri over the fence into the alley. And then he grab the top of the wooden gate to the brick fencing to my yard and begin tugging on it to open the wooden gate so he could toss more debri into the alley. It's an old wooden gate, so when he was forcefully tugging on the gate trying to force it opened, he ripped the door right off the hinges. And as if he wasn't aware of the damaged he'd caused, he continued tugging at the gate until i stopped him. So while they got the tree down, they inadvertently caused more damaged than i originally had. Now there are weeds growing in the cracks of the yard where they let the large tree branch fall to the ground and cracked the cement yard, and, the wooden gate to my brick fenceing is now hangin half way off the hinges and requires repair. I would not use this company again.Philadelphia PA

Comments: Initially responsive to project (Wed. 4/114/21). Victor said ready to do job. While working on my project, stopped to do another neighbor's tree. His response, waiting on how worker with blower. He did blow debris back into grass. While Victor working on neighbor property, attempts by worker to get stump out using rope and bumper of truck (unsuccessful). Eventually Victor had to come over and do what Three workers could not do.Unprofessional for him to leave my property. Should have stayed, completed task and monitored clean up.
Scheduled to come next day (Thursday)if not raining. Friday if rain on Thursday. Did not show or call. Was no rain. I called him after 1:30PM to find out what happen. Did not have a reason for not calling. Said had doctor appointment and scheduled Friday at 9AM. Did not call or show. I left message and texted him. After sending email to Network Team, he texted saying on his way.
I called at 10:24 to find out what time does on his way mean. He tried double talking about traffic and would come tomorrow and give discount. Would take 2 hours to get to my house. In North Philly with machine. I told him he was suppose to be at my house and this was unprofessional and unacceptable.
I paid him half deposit. ($350 of $700 job quote). He owes me a refund since only a third of the work was done. No, he does not get another chance to demonstrate unprofessional skill and client relationship on my time and dime. He got the job from my neighbor based on being at my home. Contractors who service my home represent quality and professional skilled service. When my neighbors see one, it usually turns into another job for them.
Based on Victor Landscaping, Inc experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND . This company lost landscaping services needed this spring. I was in the process of soliciting other companies for bids when Victor said he could do it. I thought my search was over. NOT SO!. Victor's double talking and disregard has cost him my projects and I am sure others on my block.
In Victor's haste to seal the deal, the INTEGRITY and TRANSPARENCY of Customer Service was lost.
