Work Description: Property destruction
Comments: Owner is a total jerk he deliberately blows debris in my back yard I told him not to the second time I caught him in the act he played dumb to deny it either pretending no to speak English or try to give a toddler's for the there's a mess, did not work he walked away in an attempt to avoid responsibility pretending to not care if I reported, he has a total disregard for private property or professionalism.-
