Work Description: Old patio taken out. New larger patio installed.
Comments: Original patio was "builder" installed, no rebar, floating patio, cracked, 20 years old. Mr Venegas and his skilled crew tore out the old patio and hauled it away. New patio twice the size installed. Rebar reinforced - rebar attached to house foundation and they made sure rebar was midway through the concrete when pouring. Excellent work, excellent cleanup. They clearly take pride in their work.Houston TX
