Work Description: Removed and re-seated two commodes that were leaking. Had to drill into the foundation as the commode rings were apparently never tied into the foundation, or had rusted out.
Comments: I don't know really know what the market price should be, so I can't really comment on the price, per se', although the cost seemed reasonable for the work done. The contractor did not have a receipt pad, etc. with him, but did send me an email with the attached receipt.-
