Comments: I cannot express how amazing my new floors look! We hired this company after our basement guest room flooded and it looked so nice we went ahead and did an entire overhaul of our outdated upstairs laminate.As with any major house project there were some hiccups along the way; our subflooring was in more disrepair than we’d hoped after our old flooring was pulled up and it took a wee bit longer to fix than was estimated but obviously they can’t estimate what they can’t see. They handled everything very professionally and courteously!
I can’t say enough about how amazing of a job Camren Borg did on our new flooring install. He cut around the edges of our fireplace masterfully, there used to be gaps and now it is flush to the squiggles in a way I didn’t think was possible. We opted for vinyl and I was a bit worried about it looking too “patterned,” but Camren has a magic ability to place the boards in a way that looks completely natural and gorgeous

There arrival time was a 2 hour window and they never showed up until after the last minute. The people were confused about what work they were supposed to do and had to leave several times to get the materials and tools they needed. I was told by the installers that only a 12 month warranty would be provided, when on the back of Mr. Turpin's business card it says "Lifetime Service Warranty". Because of this we were able to enjoy an installed hardwood floor in our family room in just a few days. Very good workmanship and very friendly service. Comments: I was initially unhappy with the results, so They came back a second time to clean up what they failed to do on the first visit. Not everything was terrible, but I was disappointed that they still did not complete the job as agreed-upon. The baseboards still didnt come off, tile pieces were left in many places, and I’ve had to bring in other people to start working on what they did not do. Ive also spent a considerable amount of my own time on it this weekend. I think there is a disconnect between the people I speak with, who have been polite, and the workers. Otherwise . Work Description: I felt they are very unethical. I unfortunately gave them a deposit of $125, we couldn't do the job, they only refunded e $60. I think that is TERRIBLE business practice. Unexpected things happen, they should give the customer the full deposit no MATTER WHAT!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Work Description: Was supposed to patch a 1" hole in a hardwood floor. The estimator said that they could get it close for $300. I had already filled the hole and used the Home Depot stain pens to fix it myself but it didn't match very well.
Comments: The guy they sent, just pulled out 2 stain pens and started coloring on my patch that I did. He used the exact same 2 pens that I had used that I had got from Home Depot. Home Depot doesn't sell the color in between. One is too dark and the other is too light. I thought the professionals would have more colors to match with? Maybe use a different type of patch material? After a painful discussion with the unprofessional looking employee, we sent him away. I called the estimator and told him what had happened and asked for a refund of the $150 I put down on the job. He told me that he needed the manager to call me to approve it. I told him I would wait for the call. All I received was a text from the manager with a note that there was a $199 cancellation fee and he would reduce it to $99 for the size of the project. I told him, Thank you for your $99 color job with colors I had already used, with my patch, by some dude in sweat pants. I will be sure to give praises on Home Advisor / Networx about the professionals of your company.-
