Comments: John and his crew did a amazing job on my chimney , they had to make a whole new chimney practically and did it in lest then 4 days and put new flashing and repair 2 ft of my roof tha got damaged from the rain , great job!! Thank you again!

Absolutely one of the best crews around the state of Maine. They did our new siding for us on both sides. They did a phenomenal job here early in the morning and worked thru the day. They cleaned up perfectly and are reasonably priced excellent work thank you guys again.

Work Description: Repair/Rebuild of Chimney above the roof.

Comments: The crew worked hard and set up to protect my metal roof. The old chimney was taken down carefully. The new chimney was built slowly (3 stages) allowing the concrete to set fully overnight in the three stages.

The new chimney is also an improved design (stronger and easier to clean).

The did a great job cleaning up and washing down the roof and the entire crew was polite and courteous throughout the process.

Work Description: Never showed! Didn’t even call.

Comments: Scheduled to have my chimney cleaned on a Wednesday at 1:00 pm. Nobody showed up, I finally called John at USA Building Construction and he said they had a problem / accident / car trouble.
Okay, let’s reschedule for Friday at 1:00. NO SHOW on a Friday too and never called. Piss poor way to run a business.

Work Description: Ripoff and replace roof and clean chimneys.

Comments: They do quality work. The are knowledgeable craftsman and use high quality materials. The work steadily, long hours and 6 days a week as necessary. They clean up after each day and thoroughly at the end of job. My only concerns were language, as most spoke only Spanish and frequent requests for payments to order materials. I am satisfied with the results and would use them again.

Work Description: Removed back chimney, repaired wall and roof, repaired exterior walls that had termite damage and water damage, rebuilt front chimney and put in insert, vynl siding to house and garage and new gutters

Comments: They showed up and did an amazing job. All work was completed in 2 1/2 weeks and we have had no problems. This was completed last June and we had no leaks and fireplace insert worked beautifully.

Comments: Made appointment for Tuesday, 10AM. No call, no show. It cost me money to be at my home and not at work. I only work with reliable contractors. I will not use this company.

Work Description: Incomplete, Never returned to finish the job

Comments: They left with the payment after putting a liner in my chimney, never cleaned out the bottom, Kept calling to ask them to come back to finish the job, they kept apologizing and scheduling dates and times, but never showed up or called me back. I am still trying to get in touch with them to get a refund, or at least a partial refund as we had to call someone else to come finish the job this company got paid to do.
