Comments: The Upstairs Downstairs Painting crew were the absolute best. They were the first to respond to my request. If I could have given them higher than 5 stars I would have. They arrived each day on time, explained what their process was and got to work. They painted my entire home (9 rooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and garage) upstairs and downstairs in 3.5 days. We had a really good experience. They are very professional and very neat. They brought in a cleaning crew to clean up the dust and they cleaned everything. I would highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs Painting. They are the absolute best! I'm so glad that I chose them.Lawrenceville GA

Comments: This is a family owned small business in which I love to support. Dad & son were nice and professional. They communicated well about changes to the schedule.Their prices were competitive. The only area in need of improvement is completing a job with complete professional quality. I had textured ceilings. I wanted them smoothed.
The ceilings looked better from how they started, but still had rough patches, bubbles, uneven areas and the corners were not sharply finished.
They did a good job on repainting my cabinets. There were just a few areas that were not completely sanded.
I would recommend trying them out. A growing company with great potential.

Comments: Was very punctual and started the project within 48 hours. However only one person was sent to do the job who rushed through it. Lots of touch ups after he left. A larger issue was the clean up. Very messy. Paint splatters on our new couches, floors and tv. Spent the weekend cleaning the paint from our flooring. Would not accept a credit card only cash or check. Project was completed in one day but the clean up took much longer.Conyers GA
