He saved us valuable time by eliminating the need for multiple vendor meetings. His thorough understanding of our needs and preferences made the decision easy.
The installation process was seamless. Alex and his team did an outstanding job removing our old bathtub and installing a beautiful walk-in shower. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. They were also incredibly respectful of our home, ensuring that the work area remained clean and unaffected.
The finishing touches on our new shower were nothing short of perfection. The team’s dedication to quality craftsmanship resulted in a flawless appearance and outstanding performance. We now have a stunning, functional space that exceeds our expectations. My only suggestion for reaching perfection would be for "Upgrade Remodeling" to stay in closer touch with the customer during the ~ 4-week wait for installation
