Comments: Not an honest company. Adds additional charges to your service and does not reimburses when they say they do.On Oct 23, 2019, I had called the company for a service call and the representative or owner (Abi/Avi) advised me that their service call fee is $49. And if I had any issues with the A/C and the job was completed with them, the service call fee was going to be waived. I decided to go with them and after an evaluation, the technician(Matt Aflalo) advised that all I needed was freon along with other maintenance services.
After the job was completed and paid for, I realized that the technician charged me for the service call fee which was supposed to be waived. I called the company the same day and spoke with Abi again and informed him on the service call charge. He apologized for the additional charge and advised that he was going to take care of it but that the reimbursement was going take 3-5 business days.
A week later I had not received any reimbursement and called them back. Again I spoke with Abi and immediately started giving me excuses on how he was still looking into it and that he was going to care of it.
I kept contacting Abi for an additional 2 weeks and as before more excuses on how he was taking care it and how he needed to get in touch with his accountant.
Until this day I have not received any reimbursement. This company is not honest and just wants to take and keep your money. I guess they rather lose business.
