Comments: SCAMMERS, LIARS, and STEALERS!!! First they look at my leaking furnace and say it needs to be replaced so of course I trusted them. So as I waited for them to come back with the new furnace my leak gets worse ruining my roof (Which cost 2k to fix and was going to eat it cause well I trusted them). My neighbor comes over to look at the furnace, takes a blow gun and fixes my furnace in 5 mins. So Universal said they would give back my $400 deposit back but it never did and when I called on 9/30/22 the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said that since I don’t have it in writing I don’t get it back. I asked to talk to the Supervisor and she said I can go on hold but I would be on hold all day waiting for them. Who says that to a customer?!?! This is the most unprofessional company I have worked with and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use them.Torrance CA
