Comments: I highly recommend Universal Concrete Works LLC. We hired them to replace our old wood patio with concrete.We got several bids before deciding on Universal Concrete Works. They were very easy to communicate with. Very responsive at all times. They showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with how organized everything was. Within a few short hours we had a brand new beautiful patio!! We absolutely LOVE it!! They did such an incredible job and for a great price!! Worth every penny!!

Comments: The workers showed up on time WITHOUT supervision. From 7:00 to 12:: nothing was done. I had to use my credit card to pay for gravel and an earth moving machine. They took down fencing & gate and DID NOT replace it. They left a mess in my yard & the dirt they dug up was left piled up EVERY WHERE. I have a Pitt Bulldog and because the yard was left open , I can not let him outside. This company had no money to work with and demanded to be paid in cash.!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company at all.Houston TX
