Comments: The supervisor is scamming the client. After a thorough negotiation, the original price of $65.000.00 went to $41,500.00, that’s a big difference. This is not right.The job is just fair. The workers and project manager,Mike , were all niced. I would not recommend universal builders to my friends knowing overpricing them.

Comments: The whole roof was rotten. The Universal Builders workers did a superb job. BUT Mosaic is the company that financed part of the project. That company is connected to Universal Builders. I made one payment.. it was never recorded. I began to get nasty emails. Long story short...Mosaic changed the contract I agreed to and signed. It was 30 years at $509 a month. THEY changed the contract to 15 years and NEVER TOLD ME. That payment is $593 a month. IT WAS A VERY SNEAKY B.S. ILLEGAL TACTIC. I have talked to Mosaic and an investigation is in the works. Skip Universal Builders altogether unless you can pay upfront. DON'T let them bring in their finance company called Mosaic. No doubt they have taken advantage of many people already. Comments: I want to express my sincere appreciation to Universal Builders for their outstanding work on our challenging shed roofing project. We contacted several companies, but none were willing to take on the job due to restricted access and the small size of the area. Universal Builders stepped up and did a fantastic job, even on short notice. Their pricing and coordination were excellent.After the shed roofing project, I realized there was an additional task to reroute a broken house downspout. Although this was not part of my initial order, I reached out to Arnold at Universal Builders, and he agreed to assist me. Despite their busy schedule during the rainy season, Arnold assured me that they would address the issue once things settled down. After a few weeks, a skilled roofer named Pakistan came to assess the job and even provided a temporary above-deck downspout to protect us from the rain.
Universal Builders proved their commitment to customer satisfaction. They scheduled Pakistan to return with the necessary parts, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally, even though it turned out to be more complex than anticipated.
I want to highlight the exceptional service and values that Universal Builders embodies. They manage their limited resources effectively and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Arnold operates with honesty, trust, and patience, prioritizing effective communication and problem-solving. Even for a smaller job that other roofers overlooked, Universal Builders demonstrated their expertise and dedication.
While I cannot speak for their performance on larger-scale projects, my experience with Universal Builders has been exceptional. They cared about my specific needs, and despite the wait, they provided a fair and reasonable price. I truly believe Universal Builders is a reliable and capable company that goes above and beyond to meet customer expectations.

Comments: I recently completed a home remodeling project in Glendale, which involved a full kitchen remodel, extension with a skylight, backyard pergola addition, and remodeling both bathrooms. The whole project took around 4 months to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our new home turned out even better than we had anticipated.A close relative recommended Universal Builders, as they had a positive experience with them during their own home remodel last year. We contacted Universal Builders, and they sent a representative to assess our property and discuss our project goals. The representative was experienced and knowledgeable, which gave us confidence in their abilities. A few days later, they provided us with a detailed scope of work and estimated cost for the entire remodel. Based on the recommendation and our positive meeting, we decided to hire Universal Builders.
Once we obtained the necessary permits (which the company arranged for us), the remodeling process began promptly. We decided to add a skylight to our original plan after consulting with the designers and architects provided by Universal Builders. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, largely because of the seamless collaboration between the company's designers and architects. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Throughout the project, our assigned project manager kept us informed with daily updates, and we also had direct contact with our home remodeling team through a WhatsApp group created by Universal Builders. This level of communication made us feel involved and engaged in the project.
I must commend Universal Builders for their exceptional quality of work and professionalism. They truly deserve five stars. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and skilled home remodeling services.

Comments: On Jan 7,2023 universal builders attempted to repair my leaking roof for which they were paid $3000. My roof is still.leaking and now they want $12000 more to fix it. I want my.money back but now they refuse to take my calls nor let me talk to the owner who they say has the authority to authorize a refund. Have left several messages for the owner but no return call. Do not deal with this unscrupulous company who are breaking the law by not complying with the guarantee they claim on their site.
