You know, you took my galley kitchen and made it extravagant with my custom high-end gloss European cabinets. Induction cooktop, electric oven, streamlined hood, modern design Undermount sink with a built-in cutting board faucet with an Insta hot belt right in. They refinished all my hardwood floors and then matched my ceiling, which was incredible.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend United constructors Inc.

I love the two tone, matching cabinets and wood island feel. Having the same countertops and backsplash is very easy to clean. From the appliances in the exposed shelving I just can't say enough, but thank you so much.

Work Description: Happy with my experience. I worked with the owner cash and he designed and built the cabinets and I'm happy. The hardwood floor, intricate design and layout with the real wood posts of my island and custom cabinets with built-in fridge. Black and white windows in the whole house and Swiss coffee wall paint. I love the finishing touches and putting the beams on the ceiling. Wasn't quite sure about the hood, but it looked great in the end. Had a couple issues but the crew always fix them and made it right. Thanks guys

Cash helped me with his wonderful crew remodel my house. They did the floors removed wall and help me figure out how to lay out my kitchen so I can get an open concept and better flow of my house. They designed and built these custom upper cabinets with glass faces and an intrinsic design. They captured the essence of my mood with the pendant lights and crystal chandeliers mixed with the light white paint tones
They were clean and nice and respectful of my cat, not getting outside, and took off her shoes and protected all surfaces and cleaned up after themselves.

We wanted a dining table but an island so we made the island a little slower so we can eat at the dining table. It was genius. My kitchen turned out way better than I thought, from the conceptual design to completion. It was expensive, but I’m very impressed and worth it! Custom cabinets took a little longer than everybody thought, but they came out beautiful. Rich, dark, elegant showcase. But I wanted in my kitchen to look over the top. I know I’m gonna get my moneys worth when I sell the house. The level of detail, Cash and his crew did for free, like the edges on the countertop to the trim on the hood, and even staged when they were complete for the video shoot. Asking for a discount for him to stage it for advertising. He will hook you up, he even did the herringbone pattern on the floor free this dude Cash with United is ridiculous. I’m glad I used him.

I love to BBQ and watch the game in my sunroom, and wanted to somehow connected to my kitchen. I did not want upper cabinets. I just wanted exposed open shelves. It was going to require some custom cabinetry work. Cash and his team built these custom cabinets open shelves concept with , this modern designer hood! Open Dep of all so the kitchen was a part of the sunroom, and added an island with seating, so everybody can congregate in the heart of the house.. Incorporated, my tastes of the Hearing bone tile pattern, LVP, natural wood floors.
There’s no way I could’ve done this by myself this dude’s genius !

None of the other contractors even came close to giving me the time and respect I recommend Cash contractor all day long !!!

Comments: I worked really hard and I want a place to retreat to, when I called cash I was feeling like I had NO idea how to create my own beautiful oasis away from work. Cash took me shopping and helped me pick out some beautiful Carrera, Italian marble slabs that I used for my shower. I hate cleaning, so I don’t want to grout. We picked out some mosaic hexagon Italian marble for the floors that go great with the motif.
He designed the frameless shower doors and got me shiny chrome fixtures, my vanity and my window blinds, and my mirror are all this natural wood. Look at that really contrasts and pops!
I would never have been able to do this myself, but every time I think of going into my spa of a bathroom, I really have to give it up to cash the contractor!

Cash designed it did the architectural engineering permitting department submittal designed it so it looks fashionable and then built the thing from the ground up.
Allows me to have additional rental income and then later down the road, I’m gonna move into it and rent out the big house.

He opened up my wall to make the window have the maximum view possible. he did cool crazy things like a sconce slight on the wall by the window stone floors combination LVP floors. I was blown away with the floating cabinet design and vessel sinks and under cabinet lights!
To top it off the elegant, soaking tub that allowed me to relax after my stressful days in the office.

Comments: I recently hired the company for a kitchen project. Cash Payne the owner was extremely responsive and respectful. He took me shopping and helped me pick out materials that matched the concept I had and let me use his discount and everything was very well priced!

I love my new customed hood built-in and timeless cabinets with lights in them, gold fixtures and gold accents farmhouse, sink quartz countertops that look like marble, and gorgeous Pendant lights.

we also got recessed wood ceilings and Crown molding ceilings in casing beams and real hardwood floors in herringbone design

The crew was on time, clean, and efficient. The project was under budget even when it exceeded my expectations

Comments: Going out to shop with Cash was very pleasant. He was immensely helpful at collecting materials with me. He was patient with my selections and my questions. He surprised me with his very own discount and I couldn’t wait to get started on the project. He was very predictable due to the constant communication and the desire to have a client relationship so I can be apart of the project as much as his crew was and himself.

I love my new kitchen, the cabinets to the quartz countertops. Everything fits in perfectly with the colors I got encouraged to pick. I was very clear that I’m all about contrast and I don’t feel like my wishes were ignored.

The green black painted coat on my cabinets, give me a feeling of royalty energy. The white painted cabinets ended up going perfectly for the modern look I was still trying to keep in my kitchen. It helps my other accessories stand out. Like the gold futures market in my undercount sink. It’s literally my favorite part of my kitchen and it gives me confidence that I can just switch my decorations to other shiny golden things.

I couldn’t let go of the idea of not having a quartz countertop. I’m very happy on how it turned out. They were able to have it all around the kitchen without any problem of not fitting or matching.

I cannot get enough on my pendant lights. They look so magical and very easy to clean. I love the lengths of them and I love the enough space given to project the light perfectly. I like settle tones all over my house so this choice of lights satisfied my wish.

I also told him I wasn’t a fan of small crowns, so he introduce me to a much larger variety. His crew did an amazing job with the crown molding. It really makes the wall on top of the counter tops look particularly bigger and elegant.

Of course I couldn’t leave out the idea of a luxury floor, due to my ordinary request all around the kitchen. He recommended LVP floors, which I was skeptical at first because I had not seen them at any of my friends houses. I wasn’t sure how it would contrast with my kitchen. I was happy to see that it was actually a distinct luxurious wood like floor. I couldn’t be more satisfied, it literally made my whole kitchen look more pleasing than it already looked. They also took care of making sure there was new doors and that all walls were repainted which was not a bad choice at the end. My kitchen looked like I had moved into a brand new house, unrecognizable.

So on time with my requests, it was under budget which has me in awww. His crew was exceptionally clean, I could not ask for more, yet they are extremely nice, responsive and absolutely respectful.

Comments: I have now utilized the services of this company on several occasions and HIGHLY recommend them! They were really creative with the limited space for our downstairs bathroom, coming up with an idea for adding a shower in a way we had not thought of! We told Cash Payne what our idea was and he walked us through several options that were a great use of the space and helped find an economic option that worked for our family. The remodel of my parents guest room went off smoothly. The company came when the said they would, they were clean and they were so nice! The other bathrooms they did turned out so beautifully too! Comments: 5 star reviews can be tough to give out in the construction trade but I cannot express how happy we are that we hired the United Constructors Team to build an outdoor pavilion for us. Cash’s team was top notch and professional from start to finish. I think one of the hardest things for construction firms nowadays is to find good talented workers but United has managed to do so. Within days of signing the contract, their team was at my house starting demo and showed up each and every day after that with a full crew. They ended up wrapping up 6 weeks ahead of contract allowing us to enjoy the new project this summer! Not only was it ahead of schedule, but the work quality was also incredible. Anytime there was a complication, they would come to me with it and have a solution already suggested so that we could quickly move on and get it done. They didn’t ask for more money when something minor came up either and worked together to come to an acceptable solution as well which is refreshing. My only disappointment was that I didn’t find them sooner so I could have used them on prior remodel projects that we recently completed. Overall, I highly recommend United Constructors for any job, big or small, that you want done right on your home. You won’t regret it!

But I have to say using UCI was the easiest transition from old home to new home. This team of workers were outstanding. I needed rotten boards replaced around my windows and a bathroom totally transformed. I went from an old bathtub to a walk-in shower. They painted and replaced everything. Manuel asked my opinion on even the smallest of details he said he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. What a bunch of nice guys.
Once I told Cash the jobs were his he had workers her at 8am the next morning.
This will definitely be my go to company for any future home improvements.
