Comments: My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed to make some modifications to the landscaping, one of which was extending our concrete patio. I put our needs into a referral site and David and his team were the first to call. He came out to assess the work, educated us in the situation and our options and gave a fair price. He even threw in getting rid of a molded shed we were struggling to figure out what to do with. After speaking with a few other contractors, going with David was a no brainer! We set a date and a time line expectation, it would be done in a week. When work was to start, he was on time at the end of each day, he would recap what was accomplished and what the next days tasks would be. While David had originally said a week, it ended up being done in 3 days! Not only was it speedy, it did not lack in quality. We could not be more happy with how our patio turned out and will absolutely be working with David and the Ultra Quality Construction team again.Seattle WA

A deck that would last me my whole life without worrying for any possible replacements. Comments: We originally called DeValle Construction for a bid on a new concrete driveway and walkway. David came out and gave us two bids: one for the company he was working for and one for his "new" company- Ultra Quality Construction. Kind of a shady deal, but, always anting to give business to up and coming companies, we hired Ultra Quality. They're bud was lower by about $2000 (though still close with the average market). Dealing with David has been a true nightmare. His employees slept on the job, to the point of multiple neighbors calling us to make us aware. They failed to pick up after themselves, and made a safety hazard so great, they agreed to pour us new stairs to correct it. While that sounds like great customer service, that too was a nightmare. David ignores text messages and at one point told me (the home owner) to not come out while he was present. I’m available to send photos.Everett WA

They promptly set up a time to bid, prepared a contract, scheduled and followed through on all of their work consistently. They got the job done in the middle of July when I know they had a great deal of work going on and we didn't feel like our small patio project got lost in the shuffle. Work was done by a full professional team who were in and out over a week's time in which they managed to demo, gravel, rebar and pour over 3 days of work spread out over that week.
