To keep it clean and did a professional job on our living room ceiling. We were very impressed & happy with our choice.

Work Description: Replaced ceiling

Comments: At first, I was impressed of how reasonable the estimate was that I had received, so that's why I chose them. But then, they contacted me on the second day stating that they were in Maryland, and that they were not going to be coming by my house as they had previously told me that they would. It wasn't until I mentioned that if they did not come out, then I would need to find someone else to come out that night as I was afraid that the ceiling in my children's room would collapse as well (the ceiling in my bedroom had already collapsed). They ended up coming out later that night, which I was grateful for; though, I did not like that I had to plead them to do so. I felt as if I was not important even though I was paying $1,700 for their services. It seems as if one of his helper was doing the majority of the work. The work would've been completed faster if it was a team effort, which I had originally thought that it would be (a team working on my ceilings). The work ended up being incomplete, because I was told that it would cost me more than the previously-given estimate to prime and paint my ceiling. Disappointed because of that unfinished work for what I was previously quoted, as well as not standing by his word that he would be coming over. He said that three of his guys were going to come out the next night as well, but didn't, because they were in Maryland again. I did not push for them to come out that second night, because it was not as critical as the first time. They have potential as they are reasonable, but I would recommend them working on following through the completion of the job that they previously quoted their customers for. That, and to keep their word - to come out when they say that they will return.

Comments: I am very satisfied Herly and Erick replaced the drywalls and painting in the basement room and storage area for me. He was quick estimate and gave me a fair price, the important thing was completely the job on time and clean up all the trash.
