Work Description: Install or Replace Stucco

Comments: I filled out on the site I was researching estimates. Ty did not identify himself when he texted me. His greeting was "you're looking for stucco repair". Then when I asked for a written estimate he said that I just caused him $54??. I definitely wouldn't recommend him on first impressions. I recommend he hire someone with better customer service skills or improve on his own.

Comments: Ty saved my backsplash dreams. I had a previous contractor who tried to rip me and my husband off for what I absolutely knew should not have cost what he was charging. I fired the guy and was referred to Ty. He contacted me promptly. Communicated consistently without me having to constantly text or call. He was very professional and absolutely DOES care about the quality of his work. To each is own but it’s difficult for a contractor to come in and fix someone else's job and its unfair to ask for perfection in anything because I have found from the foundation up, no house is even built perfectly. So when you have someone come and bring your vision to life it’s pretty cool. Ty had to work with some really sensitive mosaic tiles I selected and he crushed the job!! I love it and it looks great! He came every day he said he would and made my job a priority. He will always be my tile guy!!

Comments: When Ty came out to the house, he told me the job would be about 3 days even though I knew it would be about a week. We hired him and the entire time he was unprofessional! He would come to the house when he felt like it and left when he felt like it. He did not communicate when he was done for the day or if and when he would show up again. He worked at most 2 to 3 hours a day, maybe 3 days a week. The work he did was awful with no concern for details. It looked like it was done by someone who didn't know how to do the work or someone who had no regard for the quality of their work. Today is almost the end of week 3 and he finally came back after disappearing for a week. He refused to fix the tile that was set incorrectly and just started grouting. When my husband and I, again insisted that he do the work correctly, Ty had a temper tantrum and took a hammer to the tile. When he was done destroying the tile and my husband calmly asked him to leave, the only thing he said was that he should have not broken the tile so he could put a lien on the home.
that was not the case the first day I can and did the estimate I told her husband I didn't want the job due to the fact there had all ready been a bunch of tile laid and not finished was an automatic red flag and I knew she could never be satisfied he said oh come on man and talked me into taking the job then come to find out it was slate that I was installing on the back porch instead or porcelain or ceramic I did it anyway finished the floors in two bathrooms Wich one was all decorative tile I might add and installed a shower that she wanted the same crooked as slate tile pieces for a border tile and wasn't happy because it wasn't flush and after removing 2 or 3 pieces and replacing them she was still in there not happy so the next one she pointed out I smash with a 🔨 really only because I was going to replace it but it didn't break intell the 3rd time😁 and accidentally broke the tile underneath it Wich was like a 3 ft tile so they got me for 800 or so they thought but went through a second or even 3rd contractor on one project
