Comments: I have also been taken advantage of by this company. The young man goes by the name Ace. They rang my doorbell and gave out their business card. He was seemingly professional, courteous, and polite. My husband and I agreed to let them provide their services to remove a tree we'd been concerned about at the price Ace gave us of $475. I asked if that included cleanup and hauling, he said yes. We booked the same day and they came and cut down the tree. However they left the job incomplete, did not remove the debris or cleanup after the job was halfway done. He then text to say they know they hadn't finished but the dump cost $80 per load and the size of our tree would require more than 3 dumps and the cost of $475 would not cover the clean up and haul. He then asked for an additional $275 to have a dumpster placed at our home and would send a team the next day. A week has gone by and no dumpster ever showed up and the job is still incomplete. Luckily people passing by stopped by and asked if the wood was free and they took a good amount. Now my husband and I are out of $275 we paid extra. Ace has answered a few texts offering apologies and excuses but never showed up to give us our money back or complete the job. Please beware everybody. Ace and his company are not honest people. Certainly not professional or trustworthy. I'm working on a complaint with the Better Business BureauVirginia Beach VA

Comments: This company is scamming people. I paid to have 3 tall trees removed and they said they would remove my two smaller trees for free. They said it would take 3 days. They came on Monday, revived the two small trees, left a mess in my front yard, left the stumps and we're gone in 2 hours, never to return to do the job of the 3 original trees and won't return my calls or text messages.Virginia Beach VA
