Work Description: Terrible house cleaner
Comments: : I hired twinkle time from a referral from my father in law . Upon meeting Marta at my home , I was very specific in what I wanted done . I have 3 kids ;17,10,3 and two large dogs. I explained to her that I needed someone to not only clean my house weekly but two clean the walls, polish the furniture and clean and polish my kitchen cabinets weekly along with the normal weekly cleaning. Etc.. I showed her what I needed and told her I would gladly pay whatever was needed to get this done .I also told her I would provide my own Cleaning supplies and vacuum, as I had products I liked and one of my Bath room tubs was coated and bleach could not be used . She quoted my a price of 150.00. Unfortunately I could not stay during the whole visit and my 17 old was home to be in the house. Before I left , I told her I had already changed the sheets and I had purchased new area rugs and that I would put them down when I got home. I also told her she did not need to change out the towel in bathrooms , i would do that .She texted me when she was done and first off asked for more money . I told her I hadn't been home and I wanted to check and make sure the job was completed. Upon arriving home, the first thing I found was a bag of dirty rags on my front porch . When I went through my house I found rags miscellaneous through out . Then I found that she didn't clean under the beds at all. My son still had dirty laundry , food and trash under his bed . Not only that but she didn’t cleans any of my kitchen cabinets, walls or even cleaned all the hardwood floors and to top it off she used bleach in my bathrooms which I specifically asked her not to do .. There was a stain left in the hallway that must have been under the rug. When I asked her about it she said my house was difficult to clean . She also stated that she doesn't move Beds. I told her that this was the reason I hired her was too do all the difficult things I did not want to do. She told me just to pay her and to find someone else . She also “accidentally “took some on my cleaning supplies. She never offered to make it right . She insulted me by saying there is no way I clean my house once a week. All my bathrooms had just been redone . They were spotless. The very job I hired her for she didn't do . I won’t recommend her to anyone . I am a nurse and a mother of 3 and the job she did I do every week on my own home . I wanted someone to take the load off . DO NOT HIRE!-
