Comments: Russ is a scoundrel. He came to our house and ripped us off. Excuse after excuse and always blamed others for his problems. He’s a liar and doesn’t care if he hurts others. Look up his name under the Washington L&I site and you’ll see where we sued him and the infractions that he received from the State of Washington.Castle Rock WA
