Comments: Demetrius Weaver did they not show up when they were supposed to…they lied about it. They were originally going to show up on Monday…then said Tuesday. Okay, no problem. Then they got in a car wreck and changed it to Wednesday at 11am. The time came and went…and they never showed. I texted and Demetrius claimed that it was the concrete trucks fault and that they would be there Thursday. I called the concrete truck company and they said that Demetrius had never scheduled anything for Wednesday. But they confirmed that he did have a truck scheduled for my house on Thursday.Finally, they came and did the job on Thursday. The new slab looks good but is not a proper rectangle. They were supposed to extend our current patio (10ft wide) out further. Their new slab starts out 10 feet wide…but then narrows as it goes further down the house. So now our 10 ft wide pergola fits at one end of the patio…but not at the other.
We also asked them to resurface our existing patio. Demetrius told us it would be no problem. It immediately started cracking. There are almost one hundred small cracks throughout.
We also asked them to smooth out our foundation. There’s about 4 inches of visible foundation where the ground meets before the siding starts. It has always looked a little rough with pitting so I asked if they could just do a smooth coating over it. He said of course he could. They did a laughably bad job. It’s a totally different color and they just slapped it on with there hands. It’s not smooth at all. Luckily, it’s so bad, that it just chips right off. I’d rather just have the ugly foundation look we had before.
They left a complete mess. They poured concrete water all over my yard as they were rinsing out their tools. They got concrete all over my siding and never cleaned it up.
I’ve asked for a refund and Demetrius never responds. It’s quite disappointing because he seemed like a nice, trustworthy guy.
I have pictures and proof to back everything up. Save yourself the headaches and find someone else.
