unprofessional , rude , we hired them through HVAC Mechanical, Inc, to fixed only our heat system, but after 4 days work and diagnosing wrong thing and replacing their technicians again and again .... they messed up our whole unit .... walk out by saying that you need an new unit ....... After giving reviews to HVAC Mechanical, Inc, they became more unprofessional and refused that they did not done any work on our unit , their technician was here only one time for diagnosing and during diagnosing unit went down/blow....... wow ... but their statement got changed after informing them that we have every Day CCTV footage .... wow ........ and they hang-up by saying that there is no problem,every thing good....

Comments: The Owner for the company came and give me an estimate. Then is worker came and saw me in my scrub (my work outfit) and then the price for labour change. He told me They job was to make sure the boiler is working, and he is not at my house to make sure the radiator or baseboard is working and if I need that it will be $300 more. Although it took them 5 days to figure out the issue. They started to change everything that the previous guy did. I even ask them to stop change the filter that was change, but they still did it and charge me for it. I wish I had waited for the other company to make it back. One of the worker left my baseboard valve open when he went to bleed it, which causes a mess. I had to text the owner, and he didn’t even believe me, when they did came out and see I was right. This company has potential but if they go around and did what they did to me they will not make it.

Comments: I would definitely recommend this company. I had to have my 71 year old furnace replaced. It had been repaired several times, so I was aware of the dangers of just patching it up again. The options were explained to us. They DID NOT!!! try to take advantage of us by recommending things we did not need. He quoted me a RESONABLE price, much lower than I thought which was a great relief and burden off our shoulders. At the end of the job what was quoted was EXCATLY what my bill was. NO extra foolishness. The guys came and really put in a hard days work. They didn't take a break at all. They did not stop until the job was complete. Very respectable, and pleasant. They cleaned everything and took away all the trash. I can't say enough about this company. It is good to know decent companies still exist like the days of old. I will definitely call them for all my heating and AC needs. And I will tell my friends about you guys. THANK YOU!!!!!
