Work Description: Roof replacement
Comments: It took over a year for them to complete the job. They had to remove solar panels and I told him that only my solar panel can remove that and it would cost $5000. They agreed to pay it and a year later they have not even though numerous times Samuel said he would pay. He’s on a recorded line with me and the solar panel company-
