Comments: I can’t speak highly enough about Trident Construction Group and the exceptional service they provided. From the start, they truly went to bat for me when dealing with my insurance company, State Farm. They not only kept me in the loop by CC'ing me on countless emails but also worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure I got the best outcome.State Farm initially suggested a simple roof repair and recommended a specific shingle for the job. However, Trident spent months arguing with them, showing evidence that the shingle State Farm recommended wouldn’t work due to issues with repairability. They were extremely patient, informative, and persistent in explaining why this solution wouldn’t be adequate, even though it was a long and sometimes frustrating process. The level of knowledge they brought to the table was impressive, and I learned so much throughout the experience.
What I appreciated most was their never-give-up attitude. Even when things seemed like they were dragging on, Trident remained committed to ensuring I got the proper coverage and the right materials for the job. They genuinely had my best interests in mind the entire time.
In the end, thanks to Trident's persistence and expertise, I got the resolution I needed. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family, and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They are a company that truly fights for their clients, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
