Comments: Had overhead door out 3 times to fix the same issues after replacing springs I went through 2 motors in a year, finally called Tri-Plus Group and was informed the reason my motors were going out was the springs were the wrong size for my door.They replaced the springs on my door and replaced the gears on my motor, also showed me how a door should balance with the proper springs, before it would just shoot up and bang the motor if disengaged.
Hats off to those gentlemen if I ran a business these would be the people I’d want around.
