Comments: This has been the worst experience of my entire life!! I have never had a company take my money and then actually argue with me about not giving it back. Julio is the worst person I've ever met. He LIES through his teeth, comes off nice and knowledgeable in order to gain your business. He just wants your money.We had a discussion with him about a wall that was leaning and needed to be replaced. He sent us a schedule that stated he would start the project 8/24/2020 - as of today it is 11/3/2020 and via the pictures you can see what has been accomplished - not even half the wall has been completed. They didn't even actually start the work until almost 3 weeks later, September 10th. They came for a few hours (3) and began taking down the wall, which resulted in a total mess that sat for days. It took forever for them to finally complete the demo on the wall, and then left us with no wall for another 4 weeks, enduring heavy rain that almost flooded out the back side of our house, where the wall would normally be. He left our the crumpled, old retaining wall bricks on our front lawn for weeks, then removed only half and ruined our lawn in the process.
Every time you confront him about something, he either doesn't reply, is sarcastic if you're upset, and lies through his teeth about when crew will arrive, how long they'll work, etc. He will lie about anything.
We are at the point where we've tried to work around some of the miscommunication, and be as understanding as possible. We UNDERSTAND that weather can be a huge factor. Weather was never the problem. There would be a week of perfect weather and we STILL wouldn't see or hear from Julio or a single crew member. He literally will blame everything on the rain. All we asked is that he communicate with us if he's not going to show up, as we were told our retaining wall would be completed within 10 days... Again, he continued to not inform us of any schedule changes, AND continued barely working. Two men spent two days and put up a quarter of the wall and that was almost two weeks ago - no one has shown up since.
As a paying customer - we gave him 7K - we expected a 10 day job - we would've even understood a bit longer but this has been a nightmare. We continued to work with him when he begged to let his crew finish the job within a few days (September 22, 2020) and still we have no finished wall, which continues to push water everywhere when it rains, because we have no retaining wall. Our property continues to be ruined. All we wanted was our money back to get someone else to finish the job that we still need done and Julio is saying he is only willing to give us a discount. When someone has 7,000 dollars of yours and REFUSES to give you a full refund after 3 months, (mind you, he ruined our front lawn and doesn't want to account for that) then there is a major problem.
DO NOOOOOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I now have to get a lawyer involved AND STILL have to get my wall fixed.

Julio is very good at explaining his ideas having vast knowledge of how each tree species needs to be cared for. You will not regret forming a partnership with Master Tree Services.

Comments: Came to my house to cut down two trees. Trees were cut down. However:-Workers left the 3 foot stump.
-One tree fell on a fence, smashing it.
-Workers did not clean up tree debris and left limbs all over my yard.
-One worker dumped a plate of food on my patio (his leftover lunch, I assume)
-Workers left empty water bottles everywhere.
I contacted Julio a number of times to return and clean up the mess left by workers, repair broken fence caused by tree falling on it, and cut the stump down to the ground. I was told several times they would come, and on one occasion that they would be there "in 15 or 20 minutes". No one has ever come to finish the cleanup that was promised by the president of the company.
