Comments: Instead of coming out to look at the Tree himself they continued to ask me for pictures. Provided me with a quote and had to delay the time 3 times. I always had to reach out to them for updates. Day of the removal they determined the Tree was bigger than expected based from the pictures. Requoted me 3 times to do the job. I canceled.

Comments: The first question I asked was "are you licensed and insured?" He said yes. Paperwork was done and and a $300 dollar deposit was given. He did trim a tree that day, but said he would bring me his insurance the next day. He sent me via text his license. Since it was cut off, I did call tax collector for a better copy. Found out it was expired 2 months prior. Then called me demanding more money to get his insurance updated. Since he could not afford his insurance, the job was canceled because the park I live demands only insured businesses. I lost my deposit, the tree that he trimmed would have cost $150 from anyone else. Would not recommend.

Comments: I had 4 clumping stands of bamboo that needed removal. Tree Experts came out to look at the job and if mutually agreed to go forward I would provide a deposit and work would begin on Monday. We decided that the bamboo would be cut to the ground and removed from the property. Tree Experts told me this would be a 2 day job. Due to Tree Experts circumstances work did not begin on Monday but on Tuesday. Three people showed up and worked about 4, 4 1/2 hours. No one showed up on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday 1 person showed up. The bamboo is not cut to the ground as promised with some remaining stalks at a height of 12". This leaves me to finish the job - a 67 year old female who literally just moved to Florida and is not even unpacked. To add insult to injury they tore the screen on my lanai. I pointed this out to Roger who tried to suggest that they did not do this but ultimately admitted that it might have happened. He said he would repair the screen as best he could (which is not an acceptable answer) but as of yet he has not sent anyone to do so or refunded any money so that I have have the job done properly. Very disappointing experience and I would not hire again or recommend.

Comments: Roger was punctual and removed a dangerous 40 ft
palm tree and cleaned all debris.
No company could compete with his prices!!! The others were thousands of dollars higher.

Comments: Roger and Dominic were amazing. I called yesterday and they were here today and took down our giant oversized bogenvilla. I was very impressed with them. Will keep them in mind for cuter jobs.
