Comments: Company came in under Adirondack and another tree company the most heavily marketed and expensive contractor in the area. 2100 for 3 moderate size trees. They quoted me for 2800 work for some additional work on a larger tree which I declined multiple times. I had to be off site due to work and medical issues, but my neighbors have cameras and were able to monitor the work. They damaged all three neighbor's property, a trampoline and two other neighbors fences. They did not disclose the damage to me until I was notified by neighbors. They came at random times and had poor disclosure consistently not arriving for planing requiring my attention payment ect. Never calling unless called on what they were doing. They fixed the damage when confronted by the neighbors. I thought they went ahead with the declined work because they caused so many issues with branches falling on neighbors property but they did about half to 70% of that stated work expecting full compensation for unauthorized work clearly stated. They did not finish their work statements for the additional work. and it was border line litagation type work. as they were playing games with work not authorized while they were doing poor Job with the initial work statement. Would of kicked them off site if I was on the property. Paid them their full quoted price to get them out of here with no issues. Would not recommend unless you need a demo job and your tree is in the wilderness somewhere. Came off as somebody you would find in front of home Depot completely unprofessional false work statements and many games. They did not organize the wood, trim according to work statements, and had poor communication around issues with work.

Comments: I called and they responded within 2 minutes and was at my house with in 15 minutes. They cut the tree up and took away. I’m was very satisfied with their service. I would recommend them to others.
