Comments: Jaime's company worked on sodding our backyard in November 2022. They severed an electric line along with destroying our sprinkler system. We refused payment until the electric line was repaired, but were unaware of the sprinkler problem until the following spring. Once irrigation was turned on in May 2023, there were geysers throughout my yard with 8+ sprinklers buried or broken along with an entire line cut. I reached out to him to discuss a resolution but he failed to respond. We were stuck with a very expensive bill and now a very ugly yard. Disappointed with my experience with Tree City Lawn Services and would not recommend them to anyone.Nampa ID

Comments: This business owner presents as a very honest guy but I should not have paid him the 2nd installment (he tried to get payment for future sod install as well!) until satisfied with the project up to that point. I realize that he had some family medical crisis but I have not heard back from him since11/28/23 and today is 1/22/24. I am sick about this situation as my yard is still flooding & even worse now that the big storm left all this snow melt. I spent my mom's inheritance on this project & very much financially hurt by this guy. I am hoping he makes good on his promises and will update this review if that happens.

Comments: For my project,I solicited a total of 5 bids, 2 was excessive and the other 3 was comparable to Tree City. I decided on Tre e City solely based on his written bids with which I found to be most impressive. His Scope of Work was the most detailed and concise among all the bid I received. Upon completion, while I was reviewing the completed work, I found that they not only did everything stated on the bid that was expected, they added some unxpected additional touches that was aesthicly pleasing that showcase their professionalism and giving their client the little extras that impressed my wife and I. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining what would be involved in replacing our old sod. Jaime answered our questions and gave us a verbal estimate before he left.
