Work Description: Tom accepted and promised completion of a interior house painting, tile, bathtub removal/replacement and 2 interior doors install job with a 3-4 week completion date. It's now been 8+ weeks he has not been here in 4 weeks; tile is loose, missing (concrete exposed), sections are missing grout, walls have globs of texture & paint in every room, doors are not installed and they never cleaned up their debris. He announced just recently he has left town in his RV to travel for 3 years. When contacted by phone he responds in text messages "I'm done with your project and stop being an ass", when I requested for him and his tiler Ron Marzoni to finish the painting, installation and tile job as promised. Tom texted that I was "harassing him by requesting/expecting the job to be finished". He texted me that he "paid bonuses to his guys to finish your job". But it's NOT finished. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
Comments: He still has my house key; has refused to return it, had to change the locks, and the code on my garage door. In the meantime not one room is finished. And the quality of his work is horrible. He is NOT an honest experienced professional contractor, or anything close to what his advertisement on this site suggests. I will have to hire & pay someone else to fix his work, AND finish it. Tom has had plenty of time and opportunity to come back to correct & finish the job, as any honest, reputable contractor would. Yet he simply refuses and has left town.

Work Description: Mr. Betty of TRB is a work-horse. He doesn't waste any time (hired by the hour). He is well versed in many household repair chores it is impossible to keep him down. I highly recommend him especially to older people who can no longer do those "little" things that Mr. Betty does for you with a smile and quite competently. I high recommend him.
