Comments: I just had to share my awesome experience with Tradehaus for a roofing issue at my place in Scottsdale. Over the last year, this annoying leak kept getting worse. It turns out, I needed a whole new underlayment under my concrete tiles. I was thinking about just patching it up, but the team at Tradehaus was super helpful. They laid out all the reasons why going for a full replacement might be better than just a quick fix.They gave me a bunch of different quotes and really focused on what would work best for me and my budget, not just what cost the most. I really liked that they weren’t pushy about it. And the 15-year warranty? That sealed the deal for me.
Highly recommend Tradehaus if you’re looking for honest and straightforward roofing help. They were great!

Comments: The whole team at Trade Haus was great! We needed to replace our shingle roof after moving into our home. In addition to a new roof we had a ton of other projects to complete to make this our dream home. Of all the teams we worked with Trade Haus was by far the easiest, most communicative, most professional. Brent was my main point of contact and he walked us through everything step by step. If I ever needed anything or had any questions I could reach out to him and I always heard back right away. They certainly look different (much better) than most other contractors but their work is also fantastic and I felt good knowing they were so thorough throughout the process. Bonus - they left the yard and other work areas totally clean during the job and after they were done (maybe cleaner than it was before they started).Rio Verde AZ
