Comments: Quote received and accepted but fired when finally arrived on first day. Lawn was poorly mowed, not all of my property was mowed and no cleanup/blowing performed, grass burnt by hap-hazard coverage and overfertilization, attempted "aeration" using a garden weasel instead of core aeration. Fired when lawn damaged by overfertilization and attempted tree pruning by borrowing my ladder and did not bring appropriate tools after failing to show up on three separate promised dates. Poor customer service skills, did not disclose lack of staff (only ever saw the owner), tools, experience and unprofessional behavior when fired. Subsequently hired another professional company who is trying to restore my lawn from damages by the owner of company who personally did all the "work" at my property. Will not use or recommend this contractor. Poorly and incompletely mowed lawn, burnt lawn by overfertilization and debris left for me to clean up cost me $635.Manassas VA
