Comments: I hired Mr. David Blackman to build a retaining wall and a concrete slab 32 x 32 x 6. First he did not show up when he said he would.Second the wall he put up fell three times. Third the cost was $7000 over the quote!Now not even a year later the pad has fell in. You can tell now that he did not do what he said he would do . He said he would put rebar and wire
mesh in the slab you can see that he might’ve put one or two sticks of rebar but no mesh whatsoever in the concrete slab. I tried to contact Mr. Blackmon For a years now said he would fix it but as of today he has not claimed he’s insured but never produce the papers . In my opinion you cannot trust this mans word .he will tell you he stands behind his work but he doesn’t. If you have other options I would hire someone else. I have pictures to back up what I’ve said
