Comments: Still waiting on warranty paperwork help , can not get a call returned , had to hire someone else to finish work, All i want is the warranty paperwork on my unit. Not holding no grudges for anything else.

Comments: Can’t say enough good things about the folks at TLC A/C and Heating. They were at our home in minutes, gave us a free written estimate and began working on our problem right away. They were very professional and friendly. We will definitely look to them for future repairs and upgrades.

Work Description: Replace 2 fences at front of house, with small fencing between piers under house

Comments: Did not finish after being paid.
The fences were completed, the small fencing was completed and knocked down by the critter or critters that rummage the neighborhood. The whole front of her cute little shotgun home was custom painted pastel yellow and sky blue, for free!! The porch was painted for free and decorative lights were placed on the step post for free. Inside bedroom was trimmed for free(did we get a spot of green on her cieling? Yes we did)A/C grills were changed/cleaned and treated for mold for free. Pictures to follow. It is amazzing how people try to bash a thriving business, but never tell the good that the company did for them. We go above and beyond to please everyone-I suppose you can't win them all.
