Work Description: Install patio extension
Comments: Now licensed as Express Concrete. Talks a good game but provides sub-standard work. The patio slopes in three directions - from the outside edges to the middle and far end to the drain. The expansion joint (middle line) is off by 4" between top and bottom. Poor work for "exposed" concrete. I ended up pressure washing after he departed to remove concrete to achieve desired effect. His helper urinated in my backyard twice! He left without doing cleanup, skimped on rebar and gravel, and was never on time except on the last day to pick up his money. No recommendation from me! Check his state license to see how many times he has changed the name of is business.Seattle WA

Work Description: Tear out and paving of small driveway and front walkway.
Comments: Do not hire these guys. Communication was difficult, work was average to poor, and damage and mess were left at end. I thought they were basically finished so paid them but next day found out that the channel drain wasn't finished, concrete piles were left, and some job related trash was left. Additionally the surrounding concrete walls had gashes in them from the driveway tear out. Thankfully I have plans to improve those anyway.I had to call 4 times and send text messages to get them to finish the job.
Several of those calls resulted in being told they would come by but they did not. Eventually job was completed but overall experience was quite poor.

Comments: The job took twice as long, the formwork was poor, the sealer was put down before the concrete had time to cure, and he didn't finish the work. A huge amount of clean-up was left for us to do. Would we recommend this company ..... NO!Fort Lauderdale FL
