Comments: Mike exceeded our expectations for a serviceman, we only needed him to light our gas furnace which he did in no time, then he explained to me how to adjust our thermostat for our ac which was actually simple to do, he was friendly and professional I could easily tell he knew exactly what he needed to do which put me at ease, we were so amazed at how quickly you responded to our request for service and Mike even came a bit early which was appreciated, we are so pleased with your service we will absolutley recommend you to others. ''We bought the yearly warranty giving us peace of mind rhat all is well and we will have our heating plumbing and cooling working well for another year, /we are very happy we found you!!!

Work Description: replace kitchen faucet

Comments: Plumber replaced faucet but it continues to drip. He stated we have to wait on the Delta Rep before he can do anything. Meanwhile our faucet is dripping? Increased water bill
We came out to install a spray hose you had purchased for the existing faucet. When plumber arrived, the faucet was already apart and the water underneath turned off. Plumber installed your hose and the hose worked except that you also had a bad diverter in the faucet. You didn't pay for service that day. We then supplied a brand new faucet installed for roughly 50% off. The new faucet began to drip after we left. Plumber came back and said he would contact the manufacturer. After testing the water pressure at your house it was discovered that you have 122 psi of pressure. Delta sent a spec sheet showing max pressure of 80 psi. You need to add or replace the pressure regulating valve or other fixtures are also going to start failing. The building code requires all homes over 80 psi be regulated. The max operating pressure for the Delta faucet we provided as well as ALL other residential faucets are designed to operate between 40 - 80 psi. Unless you are willing to address the actual problem of the excessive water pressure I'm afraid you're going to continue to have faucets, hose and fixtures fanl.

Comments: I had a small leak and they was here for one hour and they had to replace one bow and 3 inches of half inch pipe. They told me that it would cost $189 and at the time of payment it was $238 wow I thought that was too high especially when one of the men just used my head flashlight without asking me. I threw it away cas of the virus going on.

Work Description: Kitchen drain stack had a 6 inch split in the copper drain section. Also replace bathtub faucet.

Comments: Plumber Glen showed up 10 minutes early. He was absolutely outstanding in manner, professionalism, and cleanliness. The price was right on and he even did a couple of things he didn't have to do. From now on, Hosack Plumbing will be my plumbing company. I don't have to tell you to keep up the good work Glen. I know you will.

Work Description: Hot water heater wasn't heating. Unknown to me apparently recent out-of-town company had turned it down. Wasn't that nervy.? Glen, the plumber who came, out discovered the problem immediately. The service price was inexpensive. Glen was very nice. I will definitely use Hosack in the future when needed.

Comments: ON 12/30/15 I called Hosack Plumbing,I explained my problem to the man on the phone he said he had a man leaving a job in about a half an hour and would send him right over to take care of my sump pump problem... Upon arrival the plumber Darrin O told me exactly what it would take to fix the problem. He did the job quickly and was very friendly and professional. I am very impressed with Darrin and Hosack Plumbing. From now on they are going to be the plumber I call for all my plumbing needs. GREAT JOB!

Comments: Foolishly, I tried to install my new garbage disposal and I broke a pipe in the process. I tried calling four other companies before contacting Steve only to reach a voicemail and then be told that I couldn't be serviced for a couple of days. When I called Steve, he was there in 15 minutes. He was polite, efficient, and cost-effective. He even tried a few free tricks before we decided that a repair was absolutely necessary. I would happily recommend him to anyone, and I will be using him for any plumbing project in the future.
