Work Description: Repair/Replace kitchen sink plumbing
Comments: First of all, "fixing" anything that's major, is always a challenge to me, probably due to trust, not getting scammed, getting what I truly need. The past projects have left me unsatisfied, WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS.Well, let me tell you about a man named Aaron and TITAN. From the second I spoke to Aaron he inspired calm, trust, knowledge, reassurance and quality like no one has before. He is totally transparent, upfront, no frills, "it is what is" kind of ethic. I like that.
My appointment was set with a 2 hour window. He accommodated my timing needs, worked with me. Gave me the name of my technician. All was set. The technician (I cannot remember his name for the life of me !! Sorry. Think it began with an "R"); professional, went right to the issue, diagnosed it and was done in 15 min., hardware installed, sink flowing. TITAN/Aaron have re-instilled the confidence I need to get a few small projects done, he/they were the catalyst I needed in my life, at this point in my life.
Thank You Aaron/TITAN for going Above and Beyond. I'd give you a 10-star, but they only go to 5-star. KUDOS and GOD bless you and yours.
