Work Description: Spray compound over roof to stop and prevent leaks. 4 to 5 year guarantee.

Comments: Paid Tippy Top thousands for a compound over a TPO in 2023. They did not fix the leak and then said they did not know how to fix. Sprayed foam which is not leak-proof as a patch and then stopped taking my call.
Im not sure where the miscommunication happened but we would love to come out and make it right. I tried to call and resolve the problem but we were disconnected somehow. Feel free to call me anytime and we will do whatever we can to make this right

Ben is honest and made me comfortable in my decision to do a repair rather than replacing the entire roof at this is time.
