Work Description: Cutback top of a large gum tree.

Comments: Victor gave us a great price which we truly appreciate. We only have the gum tree in our small back yard and it had gotten too large. The prickly balls were uncontrollable and we felt bad about our neighbors having to deal with them too. We asked for the top part of tree to be cut back and a few lower branches to be TRIMMED. I specially asked for two lower branches NOT to be removed due to privacy and bird houses that my elderly mother enjoys watching from our deck. I stressed this to victor several times. He said he understood and would pass it on to his team. The day of cutting I went out for a few minutes and left my husband to watch them and reminded him of the two branches. When I returned the branches were gone! My husband said he watched them and only went in to grab his check book and returned to see the branches gone. I was very upset! I cried. My privacy was gone and the birdhouses had been moved to ridiculous spots on other branches. Then when the foreman was confronted he said that the limbs would grow back in 1-2 years. I guess he thinks we’re stupid. We’ve lived here 24 years and those bigger branches will not grow back in my lifetime. By the way, Victor was on vacation that week! While the price was good and the clean up was good, the end result was devastating. My mom and I hate sitting on my back deck now. Why didn’t they do what we asked? PLEASE watch them like a hawk. They were very nice but I’m very disappointed.
P.S. only the foreman spoke English.

Comments: Victor made time in his schedule on short notice despite there being no rush on my end. He gave me a free and informative estimate with great communication and professionalism. The price offered could not be refused based on previous estimates I had gathered. I signed the agreement and he had his crew at the house early the next day. The tree that needed removed was LARGE and in rough shape, along with being poorly located, jammed up in the corner at the intersection of four separate backyard fences - certainly a tricky job. The crew arrived on time and was cleaned up and gone long before I anticipated. They worked fast without sacrificing safety or damage to property. The whole experience start to finish could not have gone better and ANY tree service needed going forward, I know exactly who to contact - Timber Pros Tree Care = A+

Comments: The crew did an excellent job. They were like boy scouts, they left the area cleaner than before they arrived.
The heavy equipment they needed to remove the trunks tore up the grass. They leveled it out and reseeded.

Comments: Would recommend this company without hesitation. Professional, affordable, punctual, and thorough. They took down and chipped up two trees, ground stumps and surface roots, raked and leveled out the areas, and cleaned up all sidewalk and road mess. For one tree, they had to take down part of the fence to get the chipper in the yard, then replace it when finished. Great job! Will use them again.
